For this class we will move from the ROOT to the CROWN chrakra to open up and clear these energy centres.
The PURPOSE of this conscious movement journey is to bring you into your body. To move and feel more connected at a soul level. To shift energy through vibration, movement and emotion.
We will guide you to freely express yourself moving to high vibe music. This is about allowing your body to move to it's natural RHYTHM or FLOW. This way of dance empowers us to find FREEDOM in our bodies that transcends into our daily lives.
