Fairwinds Centre

Located 15 km north of Nanaimo, Nanoose is known for spectacular ocean views, a picturesque Schooner Cove Marina and the challenging Fairwinds Golf Course. It has a country atmosphere, while at the same time close to all the city amenities of Nanaimo. It has many secluded beaches and the marina provides everything necessary for kayaking, sailing, and fishing.

The summer of 2002 saw the Grand Opening of the Fairwinds Center. It is a 20,000 sq. ft. facility, which includes a 20 meter pool, sauna, hot tub, state of the art exercise room, multi purpose room, an arts & crafts' room, billiard room and a reading lounge. This is fast becoming the heart of many of the social activities of the Fairwinds Community.
