I teach a style of Hatha yoga that develops strength, endurance, and optimal body alignment, in addition to flexibility and relaxation. Standing poses are emphasized to build strength and ease of movement, increase general vitality, and improve circulation, coordination, and balance. Postures for deep relaxation are also introduced. Gradually sitting and reclining postures, forward bends, inversions, backbends and twists are introduced as well as some pranayama.

Errington Hallowe'en Pumpkin Trail

On Hallowe'en night, October 31st, in Errington, parents bring their costumed kids to the Community Park at 6:30pm where they run the gauntlet past the 'spooks' hidden along the dark trails. at each spook they'll get a treat. At the end of the trail, near the market site, they can get a hot chocolate from the coffee shop, and a hot dog, courtesy of the Errington Volunteer Fire Department, warm themselves by the bonfire, and watch the fireworks display.

Zentangle: Tangling on Fabric

We will be tangling on a canvas pouch for a decorative bag that is durable and washable. Big enough to hold tiles (even Zendalas) and tools. Also makes a great makeup bag or gift! All materials included.

Zentangle Basics is a Prerequisite.
