The 10 weeks/ 20 sessions---two sessions a week would start on Tuesday, January 9 and run until Thursday March 30----if I read my calendar correctly. If the RDN event is not free then we would move back by one session.

Fees are set at $50 for the 20 sessions---or roughly $2.50 a session. A great combined workout and social get together....we will also accept a (pgosa member only) drop-in at $5 for the session

Deepens the foundation of Iyengar Yoga standing poses as well as continued development of the seated poses, twists, balancing postures, shoulder stand and deep relaxation.
